Dear Clematarians,

With the BCS Indoor Meeting in mind, now over 2 weeks ago, I took a few pictures of Clematis 'Sieboldiana' with reference to the presentation by Chris Sanders.
It seems that the last shoots of the year has flowers with a pistil. I have not noticed this (yet) on spring or summer shoots. At this very moment the one big plant I have has about 20 flowers, all with a pistil.
Of course I pollinated the pistils just to see if the plant set seed.
Best wishes,
Wim S
