Try Mike Brown, I had a seed grown plant from him, do you have his E mail? If not I will send it to you. Also a friend in the Alpine Garden Society has grown it from seed, they have a plant in their garden in Suffolk. I will ask them how they germinated their seed.

Now I have 2 very small plants germinated within one month. I did not expect because the seeds of my plant did not look very well. It is a surprise.
I have used GA3 1000 ppm for 6 hours.
