Help please... Clematis Poem

Hi folks can anyone shed some light on where this might have been published?

MY CLEMATIS
Some fifteen years ago or more
A kindly present at my door!
On label, under seeds man’s name
Was ‘Love from’ (whom the gift came)
In paper pot, a thin dry stick
No thicker than a candle wick
Stood in the soil, just one bud head
Assured me that it was not dead
And now! The pleasure! Every year!
Excitedly when spring comes near
I watch the creeping trailers grow
I wait when tiny budlets show
Impatient for those summer days
Of gentle warmth and sunlit rays
Which brings the blossoms, blue and white
A galaxy of pure delight
Then a thousand dainty bells
Are a thousand fairies weaving spells
That raises the glory of a day
Or waive a bout of gloom away
For weeks on end the bloom is thief
Of beauty from the feathered leaf
That filigree of softest green
So choicely set as background screen
Quite suddenly, or so it seems
The colours are remembered dreams
Awhile the green lives on, alone
Then withers back and loses tone
When colder wind and cooler night
Stake out their claim, of autumns right
I sadly cut the growth away
And make ‘all safe’ for winter’s day
Remembering, I bless the name
That label bore (from whom love came).

This poem on a scrap of paper has been in my possession for some time and through the years I have made attempts to identify the poet or possibly author of the book it came from.

All I have to go on is this:
